This Healthy chip recipe uses, plantains, perfect for snacking or as a side dish.
- 2 Plantains, must be green and un-ripe
- 1 tbsp of coco oil
- smoked paprika
- garlic powder
- himalayan pink salt
- Peel plantains and cut into thin slices. Mix with coco oil, salt, paprika & garlic.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 180C
- Or if you do now own a oven, pan fry your plantains. (and put the seasoning after they have been fried)
