Side Dish, Snacks
This Healthy chip recipe uses, plantains, perfect for snacking or as a side dish.


  • 2 Plantains, must be green and un-ripe
  • 1 tbsp of coco oil
  • smoked paprika
  • garlic powder
  • himalayan pink salt
  1. Peel plantains and cut into thin slices. Mix with coco oil, salt, paprika & garlic.
  2. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 180C
  3. Or if you do now own a oven, pan fry your plantains. (and put the seasoning after they have been fried)
