Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Bob Red Mills Gluten Free CornMeal
  • 2,5 Cups off Warm water
  • a bit of salt
Instructions
  1. Stir water and salt together in a bowl. Gradually stir corn meal into water with a wooden spoon until mixture forms a soft, moist, malleable dough.
  2. Divide dough into 8 golf ball-size balls and pat each one into a patty.
  3. Heat Coco oil in a skillet over medium heat and Cook Corn Arepa’s until golden Brown.
